Our TRADITIONAL® 4 ½” sheath knife displays a high-carbon steel blade that resists stains and damage over time, while holding a fine edge perfect for easily cutting skin away from meat. Whether trimming tenderloins, shedding silver skins, or removing skin from poultry, the warm, smooth rosewood handle is formed for comfort, while promoting functionality and dexterity for heavy processing. Brass compression rivets keep the blade securely in place, swelling or shrinking with the blade to ensure the secure fit.
