Description
Our SANI-SAFE® 2 ½” poultry pinner is used for fast and efficient chicken, turkey, quail, duck, or other poultry dressing and plucking. The lithe and spry DEXSTEEL high-carbon stainless steel blade notches evenly to thumb, pinning the feather for secure and fast removal. Textured, slip resistant and easy-to-clean polypropylene handle is contoured to prevent tiring over time, while promoting comfort throughout prep. A seamless blade-to-handle seal ensures a sanitary, while keeping the blade firmly in place, thus avoiding bacteria growth or slipping accidents during prep. Our SANI-SAFE® handle feature a flawless seal between the blade and handle to protect against contamination. (#11073)
