Our Ergonomic Poultry 6” hollow ground deboning knife is the perfect fit for accuracy and finesse. While this delicate blade can slice and cut produce and protein, it truly shines for deboning anything from poultry to beef and pork, and the delicate task of separating fish fillets from fragile spine. The stain-free, high-carbon steel offers a sharp blade out of the box and withstands sharpening sessions but avoid high-impact chopping to prevent chipping or snapping. The handle has been extended for all hand types to prevent joint and muscle grip fatigue or wear and tear from long prep times.
