We take pride in crafting high quality boning knives that fishers of all types swear by, such as our Traditional® 5" wide boning knife. This knife is perfect for deboning perch and other types of smaller pan fish, and it can even be used for boning smaller cuts of meat or poultry. If you would prefer a larger blade, this knife also comes in 6”, 7”, and 8" lengths. Over time and use, the blade may develop a black patina, but this is normal. (#1660)
