Our SANI-SAFE® 10” Butcher Steel will quickly become one of the most valuable tools in your kitchen. This steel is designed to hone blades of all sizes back to a razor-sharp edge. It should be used regularly to keep your blades ready to go. The handle features our Sani-Safe design for a comfortable fit in your hand. We put a ring on the end of the handle to make hanging storage and access easy. If you would prefer a larger butcher steel, we also have 12” and 14” versions. (#7353)
